What a weird weekend! Let me just leave it behind me. 
I am happy to report that eats went pretty well away from home. That’s a huge challenge for me, so WOO HOO!

Immediately after, I found myself unable to work out due to health conditions (not competition related), had a nephrectomy, and am starting anew on my road to recovery.
