As I was skimming through my emails this morning, I came across an interesting one from T-Nation. It was a 60 day challenge. For some reason it sucked me right in, so I started the challenge today.

Genie’s Notes (Who needs Cliff, anyways?):
- PLP = Pull-up, Lunge, Push-up
- Day 1: 1 pull-up, 1 lunge per leg, 1 push-up (any grip/hand placement/variation)
- Day 2: 2 pull-ups, 2 lunges per leg, 2 push-ups
- Day 3: 3 pull-ups, 3 lunges per leg, 3 push-ups
Do you see a pattern here? I started the challenge today!! One of the important things to note from the article is that you do not have to complete all reps at once. You can break them down into sets… just get them in! (Hello, could you imagine having to crank out 60 pullups at once?!
